We've been playing through this for a little while now, and it's really well done. The layout is easy to use, the rooms are interesting, it's bonkers and fun. Last session we started to explore the lower level. Overall it's been fantastic and has thus far provided us with hours of fun, and I'm sure we'll get way more hours of entertainment out of it in the future.

I like that there's some faction type stuff at play, but I've found that the IRE hasn't really come up because my players are pretty much all in on slaughtering monkeys, and there hasn't really been enough opportunity to 'betray' the house. This probably varies from group to group though, and I certainly wouldn't call it a flaw.

I have one question about the module regarding room 29... My players were listening at the door, and so per the small italicized description I described that they hear strange drum beats. They asked me to describe the drum beats, however when I read through the rest of the room description there was no mention of drums or rhythm or anything. Are the drumbeats just the pounding of the Ape on the ground, or is there something missing from the description as far as what else is in the room?

This monkey murder funhouse is engaging for both storyteller and Scvm.

I'm so thoroughly impressed with your variety in encounter and creature design.

You managed to fill a massive dungeon with encounters that all feel distinct while maintaining a consistent theme.

Well suited for a variety of playstyles, I can't wait to run this for my friends!
